Ghar Se Panga: Pankaj Mohite distributes food to locals during lockdown

Puneri Paltan's star raider Pankaj Mohite took to the streets of Mumbai to distribute food among the poor people. Mohite, in association with SSG Foundation, distributed food to the poor people who work on daily wages and are not able to find food amid this lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mohite is a part of the SSG Foundation Kabaddi team and represents them in the local tournaments. As a part of the drive to help the poor and the underprivileged section of the society during the lockdown, the foundation took upon themselves to provide food to the needy. Pankaj and his teammates came forward and distributed the food themselves in the Wadala region of Mumbai. Pankaj has spent his childhood in the area and is a resident there.

Mohite spoke with Kabaddi Adda and told us how he has been spending his days in the lockdown. Telling us about his daily routine, he said, "Now that we have to stay inside our homes, I do stretching and exercise every morning after waking up and then spend the rest of the day at home. I go out only if there are any essentials like vegetables and fruits required to be bought from the market."

He added that his mother has been taking care of his diet and making sure that he eats proper food. Mohite said that his mother has made a diet plan for him and she is the one who ensures that he gets all the meals on time and does not over or under-eat. Since there is no Kabaddi practice going on, the youngster said that maintaining a proper diet is a thing that he is currently focussed on.

In the leisure time, Pankaj said that he spends time with his sister and her kids and keeps on watching some movies or series online.
