Prokabaddi Season 6, Match 25 – UP Yoddha v Bengal Warriors Player of the day – Maninder Singh (16 points)

 

The Bengal Warriors managed to come back from a deficit in the first half to maintain their unbeaten streak this season with a 40-40 tie against the UP Yoddha at the Shree Shiv Chhtrapati Sports Complex in Pune.

The Warriors’ lead raider Maninder Singh started off slow but soon picked up pace as he brought own his primary calling card, the touch point which he used to terrific effect and kept the Warriors in the hunt right throughout the game and more importantly, in the final minutes of the game.

From 24 raids, Maninder picked a total of 16 raid points with four of those points coming through quick bonus points in three consecutive raids as the Warriors managed to retain their lead and pile the pressure on UP Yoddha.
