AKFI postpones all remaining Kabaddi Championships in the country until further notice!

Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India, announced through a public notice that all remaining Kabaddi Championship for 2021 in the country have been postponed till further orders. AKFI announced this news in the wake of sudden raise of Covid-19 cases in the country. Kabaddi was back this year after an Pandemic hit last year where 48th Junior National Kabaddi Championship and 68th Senior National Kabaddi Championship-Men being organised amidst the pandemic with necessary precautions taken. But given the sudden increase in cases in the country with the 2nd wave as they call, things have turned tough and postponement seems to be need of the hour. Kabaddi being an high contact sport makes it even more prone to the deadly virus.

  • 68th Senior National Kabaddi Championship- Women
  • Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship- Men and Women
  • Federation Cup 2021- Senior and Junior
