Anand Mahindra recalls how Pro Kabaddi League was started

Anand Mahindra is a business conglomerate who is involved in automobile, technology, music, IT and what not. It was time to create value in the sports sector and chose Kabaddi, because he felt it different and unique sport made for TV.

“I am not doing this for money, I like things to succeed. The most satisfying thing for me is when you see the village boys making money. The key is, I didn’t get into it to make money; that is why it also worked”, said Anand Mahindra
