The boys under-21 kabaddi final at 2nd Khelo India Youth Games turned out a nail biter and had to be decided through an extra time of 3 minute. At the half time score was leveled at 17-17 and at the end both teams were leveled at 36-36. Referees as per the rule decided to give extra time of 3 minutes. First 3 minutes and once again score was leveled 38-38, second 3 minute score leveled 40-40.
Toss for golden raid turned to be lucky for Chandigarh as they prevailed over Tamilnadu 41-40, through that golden raid.
