In a seesaw battle, Gujarat Fortunegiants made a comeback to defeat U Mumba, 39-35

It was a seesaw battle, which Gujarat Fortunegiants were leading in the first 5 minutes, gave way to U Mumba in between and concluded with a brilliant victory in the last 5 minutes. Rohit Balian was back after injury and started with an empty raid, while Mahendra Ganesh Rajput scored 2 points in his first raid. SIddharth Desai scored the first point for the team in the 2nd minute. 

In the 5th minute U Mumba were trailing by 2 points and in the 6th minute Siddharth Desai 2 point raid bring the score to equal 5 each, for the first time. U Mumba attack lead by Siddharth Desai was on fire, was ably supported by Rohit Balian and in the 8th minute U Mumba inflicted the first all-out and took 4 points lead. Two super tackles in 16th and 18th minute helped Gujarat Fortunegiants to narrow the gap, though U Mumba walked into the half time with 7 points raid.

U Mumba continued the Momentum, but in the mean time Gujarat Fortunegiants attack and defense looked organized and aggressive and manage to keep Siddharth Desai quite for some time. Prapanjan was on fire and damaged U Mumba. In the 31st minute Gujarat Fortunegiants inflicted the first all-out and narrowed the gap to 2 points with U Mumba in lead, 28-26.

In the last 5 minutes Gujarat Fortunegiants managed to keep Fazel Atrachhali off the mat, which happened to be the turning point of the game. In the 38th minute Gujarat Fortunegiants inflicted the 2nd all-out and took 5 points lead, 37-32. In the last minute Prapanjan sealed the game with his 2 point raid, with the final score on the board, 39-35.
