Jaipur Pink Panthers and Dabang Delhi play out a thrilling tie, 37-37

Jaipur Pink Panthers playing their last match of the home leg against Dabang Delhi turned into a tie. Deepak Niwas Hooda started the raid and was sent on the bench, while Meraj Sheykh started with an empty raid. Dabang Delhi had a good start and were leading by 5 points in the 5th minute. Jaipur Pink Panthers could score their first point in the 6th minute when Sandeep Dhull did a super tackle and sent Meraj Sheykh on the bench.

Second super tackle in the 9th minute brought Jaipur Pink Panthers in the game and score was leveled at 6-6 for the first time. It remained a close game in the next 2 minutes but Jaipur Pink Panthers defense failed to stop Dabang's attack and Chandran Ranjit's 2 points raid in the 12th minute led to Panthers all-out and Dabang's took 4 points lead. Ajinkya Pawar scored 4 points in the first half and Sandeep Dhull's high five helped Panthers to narrow the gap and Dabang Delhi could walk into the halftime with just 1 point cushion, 18-17.

Second half was a roller coaster ride for both teams, Deepak Niwas Hooda leveled the score in the 21st minute and Dabang Delhi were reduced to one man on the mat, but it was Pawan Kadian 3 points raid which brought Dabang Delhi back in the game with 3 points lead, 21-18. Selvamani K was outstanding with his 11 raid points in 8 raid attempts and his 4 points super raid in the 26th minute shifted the momentum to Jaipur Pink Panthers.

Dabang Delhi playing without their corner defenders Joginder Narwal and Ravinder Pahal managed to hold the lead till the end, but in the mean time Viraj Vishnu Landge leaked points in the cover. Jaipur Pink Panthers inflicted the 1st allout in the 38th minute and Dabang Delhi still had 1 point advantage. Last 2 minutes were thriller and Deepak Niwas Hooda leveled the score in the 39th minute, 36-36. Chandran Ranjit was sent on the bench in the 40th minute but his bonus leveled the score to 37-37. Deepak Niwas Hooda didn't attempt to score a point and the last game of the Jaipur Pink Panthers turned out to be a tie, 37-37.
