Rahul Chaudhari takes Tamil Thalaivas over the victory line

The Super Sunday of the Patna leg kicked off with Rahul Chaudhari stealing the victory from Haryana Steelers in the match number 25 of Pro Kabaddi 2019. Rahul's Super 10 (14 points) took Tamil Thalaivas back to winning ways as they won 35-28 against the Steelers. Chaudhari also went on to score 850 raid points in the Pro Kabaddi League.

Haryana Steelers started the game on an aggressive note with back to back successful raids and tackles, as they went on to take a huge lead in the first 10 minutes of the game. The Steelers inflicted an all-out on the Thalaivas in the 10th minute of the match as they led 14-5. Vikas Khandola returned to the team and padded support with a total of 8 points. He was assisted by Naveen with five points. The first half ended with a nine point lead for the Steelers at 19-10. 

The Thalaivas fought back in the second half of the match, picking up quick raid and tackle points. They managed to level the scores at 25-25 in the 32nd minute of the game, with Rahul Chaudhari then inflicting an all-out on the Steelers and giving the Thalaivas a lead of three points. The Steelers then tried hard to catch their opponents but the Chennai based team managed to stay in the lead. Clinching a tackle point in the final minutes of the game, the Thalaivas won their second match of the league, and handing a third straight loss to the Steelers.
