Thalaivas started the match on a positive note in front of a packed stadium, with captain Ajay impressing with his raids and the defense not allowing Bengal raiders to pounce. But Prapanjan had other plans and his multiple two-point raids helped Bengal to finally bag an All Out. Thalaivas did not give up and immediately got back into the match thanks largely to Ajay Thakur who picked up eight points in a first half that ended 15-14 in favor of the Warriors.

The second-half began with only three men remaining for Bengal. The Chennai team did not fail to capitalize on the opportunity and were successful in reducing Bengal Warriors’ lead margin to just three points. However, after making some silly errors, especially in defense, Bengal inflicted another All-Out with just four minutes left in the match. From then on, the Warriors defense held firm in the final minutes to settle the match and emerge victoriously.

Prapanjan's efforts prove to be more worthy than the ones put by Ajay.

Tamil Thalaivas captain Ajay Thakur bagged his first 'Super-10' of the season but that was not enough as his former teammate K Prapanjan guided the Bengal Warriors to a dominant win.

A bruising home leg moved Tamil who were looking like favorites to qualify down to 9th place. This is their first game after the home leg. Have the wounds healed enough for a resurgence?

1. Bengal lost to Haryana Steelers in their last game inspite of their raiders firing. They had an error-filled defensive day and missing out on some crucially important moments. Can they win the key moments against Tamil who themselves have a track record of missing the key moments of the game?
2. Tamil seems to be a more happy team with Manjeet out of the 12, although results haven't worked in their favor. V Ajit Kumar, the young left raider looks like the find of the tournament for them. If their covers can hold the errors, this could be anyone's match.
3. If Bengal wins, they get into the top 2. Tamil win, they get into the top 6. So lots at stake. It's Bengal's raiders vs Tamil's raiders. Who will win the day?
