Patna pirates are back with a organized defense on their side in a thrilling encounter with UP Yoddha

Patna Pirates under the captaincy of Pardeep Narwal  re-affirm their status after a drubbing from Thalaivas in the first match of PKL 6 with a win against UP Yoddha 43 - 41.

In the 1st four minutes the story continued from where the Patna Pirates left in the 1st match as the defense was not organised and in very 1st raid Pardeep Narwal was tackled by NItesh who was extremely brilliant in the right corner today. Prashant Kumar Rai taking the charge from UP Yoddha scored a bonus in the first raid, while Rishank Devadiga got a point in his first raid.

It was young Manjeet from Patna Pirates who brought a point in his first raid and captain Pardeep Narwal on the mat. While on the mat today Pardeep Narwal introduced to his newly acquired effective bonus skill, with his bonus points and hand touch score started moving.

It was Kuldeep's tackle in the 8th minute which sent Rishank Devadiga on bench and Jawahar Dagar's ankle hold in the 9th minute which announced the arrival of Patna Pirates defense which was much needed for Pardeep Narwal to give his best.

Patna Pirates inflicted the first all-out in the 12th minute and took a lead which was not long lived as Rishank Devadiga scored a super raid and took the lead to his side and immediate one point raid by Shrikant Jadhav reduced Patna Pirates to 1 and UP Yoddha inflicted the first all-out in the 16th minute and took the lead.

It was the last 3 minutes before half time when in three different tackles Jaideep, Kuldeep and Vikas Kale bought couple of points meanwhile Pardeep Narwal scored his super 10 in the 20th minute and Patna took a one point lead, halftime score being 21 - 20.

Patna inflicted the 2nd all-out post lunch in the 21st minute. It was the last 5 minutes when the game was pretty close with a point difference of  1 and 2 at times. While all of this UP and Pirates got 1 each technical points at different times.

Nitesh in the right corner was brilliant as he sent Pardeep narwal on bench for couple of times and and 36th to 40th minutes were thriller when Nitesh tackled Pardeep while ankle hold by Jaideep supported by Kuldeep brough some breather for Patna as in the last 30 seconds Patna had just 1 point lead while Shrikant Jadhav was on the last raid and Patna Pirates defense didn't show mercy and he was tackled.
