U Mumba defeats Bengal Warriors and back on top of the table in zone A

With this win U Mumba made their position stronger in Zone A. Siddharth Desai started the game with empty raid, while Maninder Singh scored a point in his first raid. Rohit Baliyan scored the first point for the team in the second minute. Bengal Warriors defense had a brilliant start with Baldev Singh showing some brilliant tackle skills in the first 10 minutes of the first half. U Mumba were trailing by 3 points till the 8th minute.

Super tackle by Surender in the 9th minute was turning point of the game and U Mumba didn't look back from there, 2nd super tackle in 13th minute inches them closer to Bengal Warriors and in the 14th minute U Mumba took 3 points lead. In the last 10 minutes of the first half Bengal Warriors could just score 4 points whereas U Mumba scored 10 points and just before the half time reduced the Bengal Warriros with just 1 man on the court and walked into the half time with 6 points lead with 15-9 score on board.

U Mumba begin the second half by inflicting the first all-out in the 21st minute and manage to eliminate Maninder Singh out of the mat for most of the time and Bengal Warriors 2nd and 3rd raider failed to deliver. It was a quite night for Siddharth Desai looking at his strike rate, and in the second half it was Darshan Kadian who scored 4 points and in defense it was Fazel Atrachali who did the damage to Bengal Warriors attack. With 31-20 final score on board it was a comfortable win for U Mumba at the end.
