Jharkhand Vs Himachal Pradesh (Semi-Final 1)

Reigning champions of the Women's Kabaddi championship Himachal Pradesh have successfully qualified for the Final for the 2nd year in a row. Their title defense has looked very good through out the last stages and they are just one step away from glory.

Jharkhand had a dependable squad with players like the resilient Jersey #3 Champa (left corner defender), Jersey# 2- Akshima Makroli and the X-Factor Mini Narwal. But Himachal Pradesh played with the same squad from the Quarter finals.

Jersey #5 Dimple Singh started with Jersey#3 Pushpa Rana captain of Himachal team helping the team through to a win.

It was expected to be an equal match but Himachal continued their dominance, raid after raid took points and killed Jharkhand's intent and hopes after a 1st half lead by 7-22. In the 2nd 15-minute, Jharkhand only succumbed to the pressure and were all out before Himachal earned a 29 point victory by 20-49.

Haryana vs Rajasthan (Semi-Final 2)

Haryana after missing out from appearing in the finals last year have defeated Rajasthan in a very close contest. Things unfolded after Rajsathan won the toss and decided to choose the court and let Haryana make the opening raid.

The game was mostly played through offense and both the teams were unable to control the situation in their back line as they were playing the game by winning raiding points. However, the first Super tackle of the match was seen when one of Haryana's defender completed a Super tackle to help Haryana take the lead in the 1st half 17-14.

However, in the second half, Rajasthan had turned the heat on and replied Haryana by carrying fantastic raids and good work in the defense. Eventually Haryana were able to gain the momentum as their Jersey number 9 Pooja Hathwala shined and led her side to s 34-33 win.
