KMP Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023: Team Nanded and Palghar District outclassed their opponents Thane and Pune on Day 1 of Playoffs Round

KMP Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023 has reached towards its penultimate end, featuring top teams from distinct franchise who are up against each other for the coveted crown . 

On Day 1, Play-offs round, four matches were played where few matches went down the wire whereas others were completely one sided affair. 

Team Nanded and Thane match were closely knit affair whereas, former won against the latter by 39-36 subsequently followed by another match between Mumbai Shahar and Mumbai Upnagar went down the wire where the former went against the latter by 33-31 respectively. 

The third game between, Pune and Palghar district, where the latter won by former by close margin by 44-41 respectively. 

The last game between, Nashik and Raighad District, were one sided affair where the former won against the latter by 44-36 respectively. 

Talking about the highlights of the day, Raigad and Nashik, Akash Shinde is back in the side  and Nashik is playing exceptionally well in the initial stage. 

Raigad feared Shinde, due to his fantastic defense ability. 

The impact of Akash Shinde can be clearly described as that under him Nashik didn't lost most games but went on to lose 9 games in the row. 

They are so heavily reliable on Shinde as he has become one man army for them and his absence has dented Nashik's chances in the long run. 

They need to quickly work on their defense so that their problems can be sorted otherwise the journey would be too difficult for them in the marquee event. 

Tie-Breaker Rules have been setup which will vary on distinct conditions which include team raid and extra time. 

Day 1 of Play-offs round was quite fascinating and there is so much to offer for remaining days.
