Amit Sheoran, Vishal Lather and Sumit Malik celebrate their birthday

Bengaluru Bulls' star Kabaddi players Amit Sheoran and Sumit Malik turn a year older today along with Jaipur Pink Panthers' all-rounder Vishal Lather. While Sumit and Vishal are celebrating their 24th birthday, Amit has turned 23 years old today.

Sumit and Amit have been a vital part of the Bengaluru Bulls squad for the last couple of years. Both were a part of the team that won Pro Kabaddi Season 6 title. While the raider-defender duo could not perform well in the title-winning season, both of them notched up their game in PKL Season 7.

In the recent season of Pro Kabaddi, Amit went on to become one of the top defenders of the tournament. He ended up as the third-best defender for Bengaluru Bulls behind Mahender Singh and Saurabh Nandal. Amit had picked up 50 tackle points from 24 matches which included three High 5s. In his three seasons for the league, Amit has 88 tackle points to his name from 43 matches. He was recently a part of the Haryana team at the 67th Senior National Kabaddi Championships.

On the other hand, Sumit has been a terrific raider for the Bulls. He has come in and rescued the team when Pawan Sehrawat or Rohit Kumar were on the bench. With an amazing record of 66 raid points from 20 matches in Pro Kabaddi 2019, he finished as the third-best raider for his team. Playing for Chandigarh at the Senior National Kabaddi 2020, Sumit had scored 20 points from 55 raids.

One of the upcoming all-rounders in India, Vishal made his debut for PKL in 2017. He played the first two seasons with Dabang Delhi and then went on to play for Jaipur Pink Panthers in Pro Kabaddi Season 7. He got to play 16 matches for them and Vishal made full use of the opportunity. He, along with Sandeep Kumar Dhull took the responsibility for the defense and scored 47 points in the tournament. He ended the season as the team's second-highest tackle points scorer. He was Amit's teammate at the Senior Nationals and scored 16 tackle points.
