“Unstoppable Bharat get his team going” as Deepak Niwas Hooda Foundation thrashes Narwal Sports Academy by 27 points | K7 Kabaddi Stage Up 2021

Day 3 of the SUPER 6 stage, the last match of the day, would be a must-win game for both DNH Foundation & Narwal Sports Academy. With both teams yet to win a game and sitting in the bottom half of the standings, they ideally want to get their first win today to keep their hopes for knockouts alive.

 

NKSA started with three defenders, two raiders, and two all-rounders in their starting 7. DNHF decided to go with four defenders and three raiders. DNHF won the toss and chose the court, with NSKA raiding out first.

 

Nitin Kumar went out first to raid and got Mohit out by a round kick. Prateek Dhaiya started with two empty raids first and on his D.O.D raid failed to evade the defender with his dubki skill. Manish Gullia came next for NKSA for his first D.O.D raid but got away with it as a mistake by the defender gifted him an easy touchpoint as NKSA lead by 3 points.

 

The match had to stop due to some technical glitch. Which resulted in a delay of about 25 mins. Nitin Kumar came out first in with the restart by played it safe with an empty raid. Bharat came out for DNHF and scored touchpoint for them as they finally opened their account. He Scored another quick touchpoint as Mohit Narwal failed with his advanced tackle. Nitin Kumar failed in his D.O.D raid, as Bharat scored again to complete the mini turnaround for his team, the score NKSA 3-4 DNHF. Bharat then scored a multi-point raid, with the game first all-out was inflicted and DNHF lead by 5 points now.

 

Bharat had a fantastic first half, scoring 7 touchpoints within the first 10 mins of the game. Manish Gulia scored a point back in his D.O.D raid, but Prateek Dhaiya quickly nullified it down with his touchpoint. A perfect team play by DNHF took Nitin Kumar out.

Prateek Dhaiya's successful raids left NKSA with just one player as they were all-out again, as DNHF extended their lead to 12 points.Bharat scored a touchpoint again and completed his super 10 right at the end of the half, DNHF lead by 14 points. NKSA 10 - 14 DNHF.

2nd half started with Prateek Dhaiya scoring a multi-point raid. another all-out was on the cards, but a super tackle from Manish Gulia and quick touchpoint helped him save his team from an all-out. 

 

But Bharat and defense were just unstoppable, as they inflicted another all-out with their lead extended to 20 points. Manish Gulia scored a multi-point raid followed by a team tackle on Prateek saw DNHF left with just fours players on the court. Manish scored another point for his team, but Bharat scored again back to back to revive his teammates again. The NKSA tried hard to cut down their lead, Bharat on the other side scored regularly to maintain their lead of 22 points. Prateek Dhaiya combined with Bharat to reduce the NKSA to just one player on the court and verge of another all-out. 

 

Monu and Manish combined to save the all-out for his team, with Tinku scoring a multi-point again but it was a little too late as DNHF finished off the match with a win by 27 points. NKSA 29 - 56 DNHF.

 

DNHF finally got their first win of the SUPER 6, to get themselves going as they begin their late charge towards cementing their place in the knockouts. For NKSA, their chances of going into knockouts took another blow as they lose yet again to stay in the last place on the standings.
