PKL 10: Who will prevail in the battle of Fazel Atrachali's Giants or Pawan Sehrawat's Titans?

It will be a clash of Giants and Titans when the 10th edition of Pro Kabaddi League starts from December 2nd. The landmark installment of PKL will see the tournament back to its usual 12-city caravan format.

The tournament will kick start with a clash between Gujarat Giants and Telegu Titans at Ahmedabad's Trans Stadia arena. Both of the teams made headline signings during the auction last month and splashed their purse in order to make a significant impact.

While Gujarat bought the services of Irani defender Fazel Atrachali for INR 1.60 Crores while Telegu Titans bagged the services of Pawan Sehrawat for INR 2.605 Crores. They acquired their services for only one objective only and that is to win the tournament.

And it goes without saying that both of the players are going to be key for their respective teams and it will be a mouthwatering site when Pawan goes for the raid against the defense led by Fazel Atrachali.

Both of them were Captaining their nations during the 19th Asian Games at Hangzhou where India came out on top by a thrilling 26-25 victory. There was also a heated exchange between the 2 teams during the Final with the game being halted for more than 30 minutes. To know more about it click here

Atrachali made his debut in Season 2 and Pawan debuted in the following edition. In comparison of statistics, Sehrawat averages 9.4 Raid points per match with a raiding success rate of 52%.

The Iranian on the other hand has a tackle success rate of 55% with an average of 2.9 tackle points per match. In 2022, Sehrawat stated that him and Fazel have a good friendship outside of the mat but when it comes to the mat, they are great rivals who only want the best of their teams.
