Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023 Relegation Zone : Palghar see of Latur while Nadurbar secure a 1-point win against Dhule on Day 16's headline fixtures

Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023 is on full swing as Match day 16 brought day 2 of the Relegation zone matches. (In case you are new) In this edition, YKS has expanded the matches and tweaked the format a little bit. 

The Relegation Zone features the bottom from both Pool A and Pool B. Just like other match days, 4 fixtures took place today as well and here are the results. 

Latur District Vs Paghar District

Latur District and Paghar District kicked off match day 16 and it proved to be a one-sided contest in favor of the latter team. Palghar raider Rahul Sawar scored a super 10 and collected staggering 20 raid points while him compatriot Om Patil scored 13 raid points. 

Raigad District Vs Parbhani District

Raigad District and Parbhani District met for the second match up and it was quite a close contest. While Raigad was dependent upon individual performance, Parbhani tried to trust collective performances but were stuck in front of Raigad's defense. Rutik Patil amassed 16 raid points to help Raigad beat Parbhani by 37-24. 

Dhule District Vs Nandurbar District 

It was the closest contest of (Day 16) Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023 Relegation Zone. Nandurbar were the eventual winners and they won the fixture by just a point. Dhule raider Mitesh Kadam despite scoring 24 raid points ended up in the losing side.
