Bengal Warriors begins their home-leg with a win against Tamil Thalaivas, 27-24

The 500 game of ProKabaddi, 122 game of Prokabaddi season 6, first day of Bengal Warriors home-leg, and Warriors begin their home-leg with with a win. Maninder Singh started the raid and eliminated Sunil, While Ajay Thakur eliminated Jang Kun Lee in his first raid. First 4 minutes were a close one, and Bengal Warriors had 1 point slender lead. Sukesh Hegde's 4 points super raid in the 5th minute brought Tamil Thalaivas back in the game with 2 points lead, 6-4.

It remained a tight game as Jang Kun Lee's 3 points super raid leveled the score to 7-7. It remained a close game in the last 10 minutes of the game. In the 16th minute Tamil Thalaivas took 3 points lead, it was super tackle led by Baldev Singh in the 20th minute which brought Bengal Warriors back and Jang Kun Lee's 1 point in the 20th minute leveled to the score at the stroke of half time, 15-15.

In the first half it was a disappointing performance by both the teams, as Bengal Warriors scored 3 tackle points and Tamil Thalaivas 2. Second half remained a low scoring tight game. Tamil Thalaivas struggled to inflict all-out on several occasion when Bengal Warriors were down to 2 and 3 men on the mat.

In the 24th minute Bengal Warriors were reduced to 2 players on the mat and Ajay Thakur was on raid, a brilliant super tackle led by Jang Kun Lee once again brought Warriors back in the game. Till the 32nd minute Bengal Warriors were on slender 1 point lead. In the 33rd minute Bengal Warriors took 2 points lead and were able to hold it till the end and raped up the first day of the home-leg with a win, 27-24.
