The coronavirus pandemic has brought life to a standstill across the world. Especially in the Kabaddi world, a sport defined by contact between people, things are taking a break from the usual tours. The athletes are bound by the rules of isolation, just like the rest of us, but Kabaddi Adda has been speaking to the athletes, staying at their homes or academies, on their changed routines, with competitions on hold and plenty of time on hand.

KA: What is your schedule like during this lockdown?
Saurabh Nandal: I work out twice a day- morning and evening without fail. Together with some friends, I do my workouts; we make sure social distancing is maintained. We do sprints, slow jogs, and focus on muscle strengthening exercises- I split my workouts in leg day, chest day, abs day, arm day, and full-body workout this helps me to stay fit and be ready for the upcoming season.

Right now, its wheat harvesting time so I help out my family by doing some farming and also help my mother at home in basic house chores.
