BIO STATS FORM

Deepak Niwas Hooda was born to a farming family in the Chamaria Village of the Haryana's Rohtak district. From childhood, his life was really difficult. He lost his mother when he was four years old and lost his father in 2013 when he was in 12th. He worked as part time teacher to earn money and used to practice in free time. He is a fighter who never gave up on his dreams and also shouldered responsibilities of his family. His story is truly a rags to riches story filled with hardwork, dedication and never give up mentality. After his 12th he played at the All-India University tournament and won a gold medal. After that, he left his studies once again to pursue a career in Kabaddi. He was part of the Haryana team that won gold at the Senior National level tournament in the year 2014. He made his debut for the national team at the 2016 South Asian Games, where his team won a gold medal. For first two seasons of PKL He played for Telugu Titans, and after that Puneri Paltan. For 6th season he is the part of Jaipur Pink panther and in the process became the first Indian crorepati Kabaddi player in the auctions.

DNH is one of the top left raiders of PKL because, he has almost all the raiding skills like Bonus, Escape, Turning, and Running Hand touch and Hand touch in his game which helps him become Mr.Consistent. If we look at the data over the seasons, Deepak Niwas Hooda uses different skills in different situations. His ability to analyze situations is amazing. Of the top raiders in Season 4 and 5 he has been caught much less than other top raiders which shows his ability to read the game well. When there are 7 defenders he prefers Running hand touch, for 6 defender he goes for bonus most of the time. In Supertackle situation the most effective weapon of DNH is turning and for 5 defenders he is most likely to use escape.
