Exclusive Interview of Siddharth Desai with Kabaddi Adda

Interviewer: Hello, ladies and gentlemen. We are fortunate to have Siddharth Desai, one of India's most promising Kabaddi players, with us today to tell his incredible journey from humble beginnings to the brink of glory. Thank you for joining us, Siddharth.

Siddharth Desai: Thank you so much for having me. It's an honor to be here.

Interviewer: Siddharth, you began playing Kabaddi at the age of ten. Could you tell us about your motivation for participating in this sport?

Siddharth Desai: Of course. My father was a Kabaddi player, and his enthusiasm for the game influenced me greatly. My interest was piqued by seeing him and hearing his stories. I began playing Kabaddi with friends and quickly became engrossed in the game. My father's legacy inspired me to take it seriously.

Interviewer: That's fantastic to hear. You've progressed from your high school and college teams to the professional level. Could you elaborate on the difficulties you encountered, particularly as someone from a rural background?

Siddharth Desai: Without a doubt. One of the most difficult problems I faced was a lack of resources and training facilities in my area. I had to go vast distances to get quality instruction because I was from a remote area. It was difficult, but I was determined to conquer these obstacles.

Interviewer: Your perseverance is extremely inspiring. In terms of obstacles, what motivated your motivation throughout difficult times?

Siddharth Desai: My motivation came from a variety of sources. First and foremost, I wanted to demonstrate that, despite my rural beginnings, I could thrive at Kabaddi. I wanted to debunk preconceptions and demonstrate that hard work knows no bounds. In addition, I wanted to represent and elevate my neighborhood. This communal inspiration kept me going.

Interviewer: Your voyage demonstrates your dedication. What are your hopes and dreams for the future?

Siddharth Desai: My ultimate goal is to win the Pro Kabaddi League title, which has been a long-held dream of mine. I also want to wear the Indian shirt and compete in the international Kabaddi arena, proudly representing my country. Furthermore, I want to be a beacon of hope for young talents in remote areas, demonstrating that with dedication, they can realize their dreams.

Interviewer: Those are admirable objectives, Siddharth. Do you have any final thoughts to share as we come to a close?

Siddharth Desai: I'm appreciative of the opportunities and support I've received along the way. I want everyone to understand that difficulties are simply stepping stones to success. Anyone can overcome hurdles and leave their mark with enthusiasm, hard effort, and unrelenting perseverance.

Interviewer:  Your journey has been extremely inspirational. Thank you for sharing your story today. We wish you the best of luck in accomplishing your goals and inspiring others.

Siddharth Desai: Thank you very much. It's been an honor. I hope my story connects with others and inspires them to follow their aspirations.
