Early in the season, Puneri Paltan and Haryana Steelers seem to have some injury concerns. 

Nitin Tomar, the most expensive player in Puneri Paltan camp watch their first encounter from the stands. Without a lead raider, the bulk of the raider fell on Manjeet and Pawan Kadian.
