Telugu Titans were reduced to 2 in the 10th minute, Vikas Kandola came for a raid in the 10th minute, a brilliant super tackle sent him on the bench 2nd super tackle followed in 11th minute, Telugu Titans recovered well in time and inflicted the first all-out in the 16th minute and walked into the half time with 7 points cushion, 20-13.
Second half was a roller coaster ride, once again in the 23rd minute 3 men were left on Telugu Titans side and a brilliant super tackle Monu Goyat was sent on the bench, Telugu Titans back in control. Last 10 minutes Monu Goyat was on fire, and Haryana Steelers scored 13 points. In the 36th minute Haryana Steelers inflicted the 1st all-out and inches closer to Telugu Titans with just 4 points difference. In the 38th minute Haryana Steelers leveled the score at 29-29 and next 2 minutes it was a nail bitter.
In the last minute Telugu Titans produced a brilliant 5th super tackle which gave them 2 points cushion, but Vikas scored a quick point, score 32-31 and still 1 second was left on the clock and for Telugu Titans a do-or-die raid and a chance of match ending in a tie.
