Former AKFI president Mridula Bhadauria and life president JS Gehlot had filed an application against the Delhi High Court order of 3rd August, 2018, which removed both from AKFI office for various illegal activities in the federation.

The Apex Court dismissed their plea and observed that this family wants to continue holding posts in perpetuity which is the gross misuse of the position and dismissed both the applications without issuing any notices to the defendants.
