Kabaddi fans in for a treat with Kabaddi Adda's Retro Live

The world of Kabaddi has come to a standstill due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. High octane events that sportspersons and fans alike wait for, like the PKL, IPL, Olympics, the UEFA Champions' League, and many others too have been either suspended or canceled. While there is no certainty on when Kabaddi's action will be back on the mat, Kabaddi Adda brings you "Retro Live" to help fans enjoy top moments they may have missed and experience some part of the adrenaline rush of watching a live match.

What is Retro Live?

We will be looking back at the 69th All India Inter Railway Kabaddi Championship with the unique concept of ‘Retro Live’. We'll re-live these exciting matches featuring some of the biggest stars of the Kabaddi world, like Pawan Kumar Sehrawat, Parvesh Bhainswal, Sunil Kumar, Shrikant Jadhav and many more.

That’s not all! Kabaddi Adda will also feature raid-by-raid commentary of the matches, in the same manner as it is done during a Live match!

Starting from 18th July, Kabaddi fans will experience the action from 69th Inter-Railways Kabaddi Championships, one of the most competitive tournaments in India. Retro Live will feature matches every Saturday from 18th July at 07:30 PM until 15th August, featuring the country’s biggest stars on Independence Day with the Grand Finale.

Which matches are coming your way?

The Inter-Railways Nationals is one of the longest-running Kabaddi tournaments in India. Railways is home to the best Kabaddi players in the country, which has been proven by their dominance in the Senior Nationals too. We will be featuring the five best matches from the 69th All India Railways Kabaddi Championship:

Northern Railway vs North Western Railway - 18th July

Star raider Pawan Sehrawat along with fearsome defender duo of Ravinder Pahal and Manjeet Chillar will play for Northern Railway. Does the match hold a David vs Goliath on the cards?


Northern Railway vs East Central Railway - 25th July (Quarterfinal)

Raid powerhouse East Central Railway with Vikas Kandola and Naveen take on last year's finalists Northern Railway led by Pawan Sehrawat. Who holds the edge?


South Central Railway vs North Eastern Railway - 1st August (Semifinal - 1)

Defending champions South Central Railways led by calm and composed Dharmaraj Cheralathan sans Siddharth Desai will take on the trio Sunil Kumar, Parvesh Bhainswal, and Rohit Gulia. Without a doubt, a cracker of a match.


East Central Railway vs Central Railway - 8th August (Semifinal - 2)

Shrikant Jadhav and Sandeep Dhull, the core of Central Railways take on raiding duo of Vikas Kandola and Naveen.


North Eastern Railway vs East Central Railway - 15th August (Finals)

Youngsters all the way! Vikas Kandola led East Central Railway to take on Rohit Gulia led North Eastern Railway. It doesn't get better than this.
