K7 Kabaddi UP League Fixture Out Featuring Arjun Deshwal as Brand Ambassador

The highly anticipated K7 Kabaddi UP League is scheduled to start on April 15th and will run until April 23rd, 2024. This thrilling tournament will be held at UP Yoddhas BK Kabaddi Academy in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. For every Kabaddi fan, this tournament is a must-match as the talismanic raider of Jaipur Pink Panthers, Arjun Deshwal is the brand ambassador.

In the K7 Kabaddi UP League, 8 teams will compete for the coveted trophy. The names of the teams are- BK Warriors, Gorakhpur Giants, Taj Royals, Noida Raiders, Awadh Lions, Jhansi Fighter, Prayagraj Titans, and Kashi Yoddhas. 

The fixture of the K7 Kabaddi UP League-

• The matches will be held over 9 days.
• First 7 days will consist of league stage matches.
• The format for the league stage is a single round-robin format, where all 8 teams will play against each other once.
• Based on the league stage performance a points table will be made, ranking the teams from 1st to 8th.
• The Top 6 teams will qualify for the playoff or knockout stage.
• Then on the 8th day of the tournament, two eliminator matches and two semifinal matches will be played.
• Eliminator 1 will be played between 3rd and 6th-ranked teams.
• Eliminator 2 will see 4th and 5th-ranked teams locking horns.
• Notably, 1st and 2nd ranked teams will directly qualify for the semifinal round.
• Semifinal 1 will be played between the winner of Eliminator 1 and the team who finished 1st in the points table.
• Whereas, in Semifinal 2 the 2nd ranked team will take on the winner of Eliminator 2.

The grand finale of the prestigious tournament will be played on the 9th day(23rd April). This championship will surely be an exciting event to watch for every Kabaddi fan as a star player of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), Arjun Deshwal is the brand ambassador of the tournament.

Arjun Deshwal is one of the biggest names in the world of Kabaddi. He has won the Gold medal at the Asian Games 2023, held last year in Hangzhou, China. In PKL season 9 he was awarded the green armband, given to the best raider of the season.
