Pro Kabaddi League 2023: Players Who Have Featured For A Team Multiple Times in PKL History

The landmark 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League will start from 2 December 2023. In the PKL Season 10, teams will play their matches in a 12-cities caravan format, which will allow fans to witness the live action in their hometown. Naveen Kumar - Dabang Delhi K.C. (Season 6-10)

Naveen Kumar, affectionately known as the "Naveen Express," is an iconic name in the Pro Kabaddi arena and the face of Dabang Delhi K.C. He burst onto the scene in Season 6 when Dabang Delhi K.C. picked him from the New Young Player (NYP) category.

 

Naveen's debut season was nothing short of spectacular, amassing 172 raid points. Since then, he has consistently been the linchpin of the team, accumulating an impressive 934 raid points at an average of 10.99 raid points per match. Naveen's accolades include two Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards in the PKL, a feat achieved only by him and Pardeep Narwal. As he gears up for Season 10, he remains an indispensable asset for Dabang Delhi K.C.

Surender Gill - U.P. Yoddhas (Season 7-10)

Surender Gill embarked on his PKL journey in Season 7 with the U.P. Yoddhas. His first season showed promise with 71 raid points and two Super Raids in 18 matches. In the following campaign, Gill evolved into the top raid points scorer for his team, amassing 189 raid points with an average of 8.22 raid points per match. His outstanding performance continued into Season 9, securing 140 raid points before an unfortunate injury. Gill is set to be a vital contributor for the Yoddhas' success once again in Season 10.

Saurabh Nandal - Bengaluru Bulls (Season 7-10)

Saurabh Nandal, one of the league's top defenders, ranked among the top three defenders in Pro Kabaddi Season 9. He showcased his reliability and prowess in his debut season, accumulating 56 tackle points. Over the course of his career, Nandal has demonstrated an impressive average of 2.77 tackle points per match and has garnered a total of 197 tackle points. His defensive consistency and solidity made him a natural choice for the Bengaluru Bulls to retain ahead of Season 10.

Sagar - Tamil Thalaivas (Season 7-10)

Sagar, a defender, made a quiet entry onto the Pro Kabaddi stage in Season 7. While he managed 22 tackle points in his debut season, he truly shone in Season 8, playing in all of his team's matches. He accumulated a remarkable 82 tackle points with an average of 3.73 tackles per match. Sagar's leadership abilities came to the forefront in Season 9 when he assumed the captaincy role for Tamil Thalaivas in Pawan Sehrawat's absence. With 53 tackle points to his name, he demonstrated his mettle as a reliable defender.

 

Nitesh Kumar - U.P. Yoddhas (Season 5-10)

Nitesh Kumar's journey in Pro Kabaddi began alongside the U.P. Yoddhas in Season 5. He started steadily, contributing 47 tackle points in his debut season. In the subsequent season, he achieved a record-breaking milestone with 100 tackle points, the highest by a defender in a single season. Kumar's dependability in defence is evident in his five-season tenure with the Yoddhas, where he has scored a total of 313 tackle points.
