Aslam Inamdar's Puneri Paltan is Unstoppable, Can They Clinch the PKL 10 Title?

In PKL season 10, if there is any team that has shown the potential to win the coveted title then that has to be Puneri Paltan. Under the guidance of coach BC Ramesh, Paltans has done exceptionally well. In 10 outings so far, Paltans has won 9 games and lost just one game. With 46 points under their name and a score-difference of +138 Puneri is sitting comfortably at the royal top position in the points table.

Aslam Inamdar and his team started the campaign on a high note, defeating the defending champion Jaipur Pink Panthers 37-33. From the very first game as captain Aslam Inamdar showed promise of becoming one of the greatest captains in history. He led the charge and scored a superb Super 10, along with Aslam defender Mohammadreza Shadlou also showed promise to be the best defender for his team as he scored 4 tackle points and 1 touch point in pursuit.

In their second game, Paltan faced a challenge from U Mumba. However, Aslam's men defeated Mumba big time by 11 points (Paltan 43-32 Mumba). Their only defeat came in the third game of the season against Haryana Steelers. This game was closely contested as the match was going neck-to-neck till the last minute. Paltan's effort fell just short, and Haryana defeated them by 5 points (Puneri 39-44 Haryana).

From the fourth game team of coach BC Ramesh is on a winning run. First, they defeated the Bengal Warriors by a massive 30 points (Puneri 49-19 Bengal). In this match, Puneri's defense was on another level scoring 29 tackle points (including all-out points). Even their star raiders Aslam Inamdar and Mohit Goyat contributed to the defense, scoring 5 and 3 tackle points respectively.

Then they defeated Dabang Delhi by 7 points (Puneri 30-23 Delhi), next they defeated Bengaluru Bulls by 25 points (Puneri 45-18 Bulls), Patna Pirates by 18 points (Puneri 46-28 Patna), Telugu Titans by 36 points (Puneri 54-18 Telugu), UP Yoddhas by 9 points (Puneri 40-31 UP), and most recently they defeated Tamil Thalaivas by 3 points (Puneri 29-26 Tamil). Puneri Paltan is on a golden run this season as their whole team is performing exceptionally well.

Till now Puneri haven't shown any weak point in their playing style. They boast some of the best raiders of PKL mat like Aslam Inamdar, Mohit Goyat, Pankaj Mohite, and Akash Shinde. On the defensive front, they boast stalwarts like Mohammadreza Shadlou, Sanket Sawant, Gaurav Khatri, and Abinesh Nadarajan

There is no doubt that Puneri Paltan is one of the teams who are the title contenders. But to complete this dream they have a long road ahead. To lift the coveted PKL 10 trophy, Aslam Inamdar and his men must maintain their fantastic form until the final battle.
