Unmatchable Dominance of Haryana’s Girls in Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship

The dominance of Haryana’s girls team in Kabaddi is unmatchable. In the recently concluded 33rd Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Girls) Haryana emerged as an undisputed champion. This victory established Haryana as a formidable force as this was the hat-trick of victories in the Sub-Junior competition.

The most recent edition (33rd) of the Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship took place from March 31st to 3rd April. The venue of this event was Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna, Bihar. Notably, this championship was organized by the Bihar State Kabaddi Association (BSKA) under the auspices of the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI).

For the girls of Haryana, the hat-trick of victories started with the victory in the 31st Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Girls). They defeated Tamil Nadu in the final with a score of 29-24. Then again they defeated Tamil Nadu in the final match of the 32nd Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Girls). But this time with a much bigger score difference of 43-27.

 

Finally, in the 33rd Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Girls), Haryana emerged victorious against Rajasthan in the final match. The final scorecard of the match was Haryana 35-33 Rajasthan. These continuous victories by Haryana in the Sub Junior category mark their dominance as unmatchable.

It is worth noting that the opening and closing ceremony of the 33rd Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Girls) was a star-studded affair. Patna Pirates star raider and captain Sachin Tanwar and head coach of the Indian women’s kabaddi team Tejaswini Bai graced the opening ceremony.

Whereas, Indian women’s team vice-captain Priyanka Pilania and star raider Pooja Hathwala were present during the prize distribution and closing ceremony. These stars of the Kabaddi world have surely inspired all the young players to choose Kabaddi as their career.
