Narwal Kabaddi & Sports Academy survive Anish heroics to claim last minute win


After 2 defeats in last 2 matches, Narwal Kabaddi & Sports Academy secured a close victory from the hands of Warriors Arena Academy. After winning last game, WAA would have looked to start in same fashion but it came oppositely to team as they were not able to score a single point in first 5 minutes of the game and got all-out in the 6th minute with the score being 1-9. NKSA looked dominant from raid one as there in form raider, Nitin Kumar lead from front and looked in great touch. Defender Randeep too was outstanding from the start of the game itself and made it difficult for WAA’s raiders to score points with his blocks. 
WAA’s Aakash did scored few points in last few minutes of 1st half which helped to reduce the lead and end the first half by 11-18. Defence of WAA looked ordinary as they scored only 2 tackle points.
With the start of 2nd half, WAA’s defenders looked in pressure as they tried advance tackles resulting in getting all-out 2nd time and increase the lead. NKSA continued to score points but then, Anish scored 2 super raids which did saved his team from another all-out. Then WAA’s defence came into action as they made back to back super tackles.
With the momentum in which NKSA came into 2nd half, they couldn’t held the same. Anish’s good form in 2nd half inflected first all-out to NKSA and helped team came back in the game again. With this, the difference of score which was 11 points before now came to 25-25 with the game going in last minutes. Seesaw battle between both teams came into an intense situation where a good raid or a super tackle could had made the team difference. WAA couldn’t score points in last 2 minutes resulting in making mistakes which helped NKSA to score 3 important points in the last minute and secure a close  win. 
NKSA’s Nitin Kumar was the player of the match with his 13 raid points whereas Manish and Randeep scored 5 and 4 tackle points for the team. For WAA, Anish was the pick of the player with his 10 points. With this match, NKSA has 4 wins from 4 matches. For WAA, they has just one win from their 3 games.
